These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of softwarebeasts.com, the Software Beasts social media accounts (including Instagram and TikTok), and any related software, automations or tools we operate (together, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by GY Advertising LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Software Beasts ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Software Beasts is an educational publisher. We produce short-form video lessons and written explanations about business and AI software — what a product does, who it is for and what it costs — together with our own opinions and links to the third-party software discussed. We do not sell, license or provide support for any of the software we discuss, and we do not sell courses or digital products of our own.
2. Affiliate links and compensation
Many links on the Service are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase or sign up, we may receive a commission from the software vendor. This does not change the price you pay. Our recommendations reflect our own opinions and experience with the products, but you should conduct your own evaluation before purchasing any software. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on this site and, where practical, within our content, in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines.
3. Third-party products and websites
When you follow a link to a third-party website or sign up for a third-party product, you leave the Service and are subject to that third party's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, availability, performance, security or business practices of any third-party product or website, and we make no warranty about them. Any dispute about a third-party product is between you and that vendor.
4. Comment-to-DM automation
Some of our content invites you to comment a keyword to receive a link by direct message. By commenting a keyword you request that we send you an automated direct message containing the relevant link and related information. These automations run on the social platform where you commented (for example Instagram or TikTok) and are subject to that platform's terms. You may stop future automated messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any platform's terms;
- scrape, crawl, copy or republish our content, video, characters or branding without written permission;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service or its automations;
- impersonate Software Beasts, GY Advertising LLC or any of our characters; or
- use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
6. Intellectual property
The Software Beasts name, logo, the giraffe character, video content, scripts, voiceovers, website design and all related materials are owned by GY Advertising LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may share our content using the sharing features of the platforms where it is published. Any other reproduction, modification or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
Third-party product names, logos and trademarks appearing on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of Software Beasts by those companies.
7. No professional advice
Content on the Service is provided for general information and entertainment. It is not business, financial, legal or technical advice. Software products change frequently; features, pricing and availability described in our content may be out of date. Always verify details directly with the vendor before making a purchasing decision.
8. Disclaimer of warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
